Newton’s Theory – Step Away from the Computer!

Today’s blog is the guest blog I recently wrote at the turnipofpower.com.
Turnip has now asked me to contribute on a regular basis. I couldn’t be more honored. Turnip was the go-to guy when I was looking for the right hosting for the Healthy Lifestyle Bloggers network.
On that same day I visited Turnip’s website, he was blogging about the advantages and disadvantages of which hosting companies to use. That sealed the deal for me, because I purchased HLB’s hosting company due to his suggestions. Blogging, and by definition bloggers, are an integral component of today’s fast paced information and wired world, therefore Iowa Avenue is introducing a regular Friday Feature—“Newton’s Theory – Step away from your Computer!”
We will be spreading the word among the blogosphere, that doing good, doing well, and staying healthy can be integrated and synonymous with making money and blogging.
Based on Turnip’s own sentiments and experiences, and other positive feedback about how people want pertinent, real-world, and actionable advice to implement better health habits and learn to acquire healthier lifestyles; I will blog every Friday so that people can learn and use to stay active and improve the quality of their lives by simply adapting
